Bringing your holiday table to life……

This is a beautiful nature inspired table decor. Using clear glass, an assortment of nuts, greens, and the glow of candle light.

Fresh flowers inserted into a hollowed out pumpkin, makes a beautiful Thanksgiving centerpiece. A jar or small vase with water inserted into the pumpkin, keeps flowers fresh.

Try an assortment of fall leaves for place cards on a table dressed with fall vegetables and vines.

This table setting illustrates an elegant mix of fall colors and textures. This is my favorite way to set a Thanksgiving table.

Another beautiful mix of fall colors and textures creates this simple yet elegant holiday table.

This centerpiece is a mix of rich colors of the fruit and greens displayed on a simple wood plank with varied heights of pillar candles. I have decorated many holiday tables displaying falls harvest of fruit and other natural elements. This always makes a great holiday table.

A creative display of branches covered with paper fall leaves. On each leaf, a handwritten reminder of what we have to be thankful for this year. This “thankful tree” is a great activity for children as well as adults. A reminder of gratitude for all of our many blessings.

Today I participated in the Mount Wachusett Community College Annual Career Fair. High school students from several local high schools attended with their teachers. I represented the Interior Design Career, and I was thrilled to answer all of the questions from the students. Thanks to the staff and students at Fitchburg High School that hosted the event.
